How to connect

  • Click on your profile in the top right corner and click on settings

  • Click On the integrations Tab

  • Click Connect button that is on the same row as garmin.

  • You will then be brought to garmin connect, enter your email and password for your garmin connect account.

To get the best experience, allow activities, daily health stats and training. Click save.

  • We will sync your garmin data for the past 2 years, this could take upwards of an hour for it all to be processed.

Data We Sync

  • Activities

  • HRV

  • Heart Rate (resting)

  • Sleep

  • Body Battery

  • Stress

Workouts on Garmin Device

  • If a workout is created via the workout builder, you can upload that to your watch. If you go to the workout and click on the Send to device button. If you don't see that button, go to the settings > Profile and look for the Workout to device sync option and select your integration (garmin).

Update Garmin Settings

If you need to update your garmin settings for our app, you can go into the garmin connect app: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/settings/accountInformation and scroll down till you see our app. This would be applicable for anyone who integrated before Nov 15th, 2024 and wants to enable the workout upload feature.
