Calendar Quick Actions

In the desktop calendar view, we provide a quick actions dropdown to quickly add common activities.

After selecting the drop down 4 options will appear

The first option (plus icon) is adding a workout.

  • We will parse the activity type (Eg. run, ride, mobility) and the duration. If the average pace setting is on in the settings, we will also determine projected distance/pace.

  • This is great for quick / common activities. Noting, this will not "build" a workout in the workout builder, so if an athlete wants this on their device, it will not be possible.

Premium Only: The second is our generative workout builder

  • Premium subscribers have access to our generative workout builder which will take the input and dynamically fill in all related aspects to a workout. For example you can be as descriptive as you want for any activity type. Eg. Create a heart rate zone based speed workout where there is a warmup for 10 minutes then 30 seconds on at zone 4 and 90 seconds off on zone 2. End with a cooldown for 20 minutes in zone 1.

  • This will use the workout builder and exercise builder to fill out the appropriate information.

Rest Day option (bed icon)

  • This will quickly allow you to add a rest day and a note.

Note Option (note with pen icon)

  • This can be a quick note on the athletes calendar
