Training Programs

Overview

Programs are structured training plans that organize your workouts into a repeatable schedule. Set up your program once, sync it to your calendar, and your workouts will automatically appear on the right days.

Accessing Your Program

  • From the Summary page, find the "Current Program" widget

  • From the Training Calendar, tap the program icon

  • This opens your active program with all its workouts

Understanding Program Workouts

Programs contain two types of workouts:

Structured Workouts

  • Automatically scheduled on your calendar based on a set frequency

  • Example: "Every Monday and Wednesday" or "3x per week"

  • Great for consistent training routines

Unstructured Workouts

  • Flexible workouts you add to your calendar when you're ready

  • Appear in your "Current Program" widget on the Summary page

  • Tap Today to add one to your calendar for today

  • Perfect for workouts that depend on how you feel or your schedule

Syncing Your Program to the Calendar

Important: Adding workouts to a program does NOT automatically put them on your calendar. You need to sync.

How to Sync

  1. Open your program

  2. Tap Sync Current Program

  3. Workouts will be scheduled for the upcoming days

Schedule Settings

  • Days Ahead: Choose how far in advance workouts are scheduled (1-30 days)

  • Program End Date: Optionally set when the program should stop scheduling

Your program also syncs automatically overnight to keep your calendar updated.

Customizing Your Program

Edit Program Details

  • Name: Tap the pencil icon to rename

  • Description: Add notes or goals for your program

Manage Workouts

  • Add Workouts: Tap "Add Workout" and select a sport type

  • Set Frequency: Tap the schedule text to set when a workout repeats

  • Toggle Type: Switch between structured (automatic) and unstructured (flexible)

  • Reorder: Drag workouts to change their order

  • Enable/Disable: Turn workouts on or off without removing them

  • Duplicate: Clone a workout within your program

  • Remove: Delete workouts you no longer need

Frequency Options

When setting a workout's schedule, you can choose:

  • Specific days of the week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

  • Daily, weekly, or monthly patterns

  • Custom intervals (every 2 days, every other week, etc.)

  • Start date for when the pattern begins

Using Previous Programs

Your past programs are saved and can be reused:

  1. Scroll down to Previous Programs

  2. Tap a program to expand it

  3. Choose Copy to Active to use it as your current program

This creates a fresh copy, so you can modify it without affecting the original.

Viewing Workouts on Your Calendar

Once synced, program workouts appear on your Training Calendar:

  • Shows workout name, sport type, and planned details

  • Tap any workout to view or edit

  • Completed workouts show your actual results vs planned
