How to comment on a workout, choose RPE and Pain Scores

  1. Click on your workout from your calendar to view this page. You can attach photos. This comment box will send a notification to your coach or physical therapist. Hit send when done.

  2. Select RPE and how to use personal reflections. Your coach or physical therapist will not receive notifications for the reflections. Choosing your RPE will help with determining injury risk and recovery scores. If tracking an injury click on Injury or Pain Log

  3. Choose injury you want to track or create a new one. Toggle for severity of the pain, when the pain started and ended during the workout and if it got better or worse. You can include comments in the comment box about the injury.
