Calendar Events

Overview

Add races, events, and important dates to your training calendar. Your coach can see these events to plan your training around them.

Adding an Event

  1. Go to Account Settings β†’ Calendar Events

  2. Tap Add Event

  3. Fill in the details:

    • Event name

    • Start date (and optional end date)

    • Sport type

    • Event distance type (5K, Marathon, Olympic Triathlon, etc.)

    • Event URL (optional)

    • Description (optional)

Setting Goals

For race events, you can set:

  • Time goal - Your target finish time

  • Distance goal - For events with variable distances

Training Availability

Mark your availability around the event:

  • Before the event

  • During the event

  • After the event

This helps your coach understand when you can train.
